If this lingers, it's most likely you have a game with a very large amount of files – everything will function fine. Run the game, and when your drivers or whatnot are installed, you can clean the library again. Just click the game in SM, and do Tools→Verify cache to reïnstall the missing installers. Most likely you haven't installed the redistributables the game needs. I cleaned my library, but a game won't run.
